Processing Times

1. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
   
3. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, we do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary by location, and all customs duties and taxes will have to be covered by the customer.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the products they are non returnable and non refundable.
